In the first week, you will learn how to manage marketing, sales and service teams and how to plan, execute and track the success of marketing and presales activities. Sessions follow that provide deep insights into all order-to-cash scenarios, contract management and more, with a focus on selling tangible goods.
Then the sale and execution of standardized services as well as field service and repairs are discussed. The fourth week will cover the most important aspects of invoicing and pricing, as well as taxes. In the last week, the organizational structures and the setup of the master data as well as the overarching topics of mobile use, customer analysis and the possibilities of integration in third-party solutions are described.
