SAP Business ByDesign is the cloud-based ERP solution from SAP for medium-sized companies and enables you to manage your entire business with a single cloud ERP solution. It is ideal for medium-sized companies and subsidiaries of large corporations.

In this sixth openSAP course on SAP Business ByDesign you will get to know all the scenarios in which SAP Business ByDesign supports you in marketing, sales and service – including invoicing, pricing and general topics such as reporting. The close integration with project management, logistics, purchasing and financial management is also covered.

In this course, the SAP team of experts explains how SAP Business ByDesign supports marketing, sales and service employees and managers in their daily work and which business scenarios can be mapped in the system. In the first week, you will learn how to manage marketing, sales and service teams and how to plan, execute and track the success of marketing and presales activities. Sessions follow that provide deep insights into all order-to-cash scenarios, contract management and more, with a focus on selling tangible goods.
Then the sale and execution of standardized services as well as field service and repairs are discussed. The fourth week will cover the most important aspects of invoicing and pricing, as well as taxes. In the last week, the organizational structures and the setup of the master data as well as the overarching topics of mobile use, customer analysis and the possibilities of integration in third-party solutions are described.

All weekly units of the course are supplemented by presentations in the system. These will help you to practically deepen the knowledge acquired in theory. To make your learning experience even more exciting, you can download additional exercises to try out the solution yourself on the test systems provided.
