In the second video in our video series about the end-to-end business scenario “Manufacturing” with SAP Business ByDesign, we deal with the path from a lead to a customer order.

In SAP Business ByDesign, the “Follow-up action” function allows lead, opportunity, offer and sales order to be built on one another. This means that all data does not have to be re-entered manually and at the same time everything is completely documented in one document flow. It is also possible to create a project directly from the customer order. This is also discussed in this video.
