In our last tip, we showed you how you can use tags to categorize business documents and search for them and thus navigate through the system even faster.

This tip shows you another way to get to the business documents that are important to you without a long search.

Markers allow you to mark business documents for future reference, while Favorites let you mark frequently used business documents for quicker access. Your markings and favorites are displayed in the Storage area, which can be opened from the information bar.

You can set flags and favorites by viewing the business document that you want to flag or flag as a favorite. In the header data of the business document, choose the appropriate symbol to mark the business document or mark it as a favorite. The markers and favorites you have set are displayed in the Filing area.

You can remove flags or favorites by viewing the business document that contains the flag or favorite you want to remove. Open the business document either in the corresponding work center view or by selecting the business document in the Storage area. In the header data of the business document, choose the Deselect icon or the Remove from shortcuts icon to remove the selection or favorites setting. The markings and favorites are no longer displayed in the Storage area.
