Prices can be calculated directly in the shop. We can also offer the price calculation in SAP Business ByDesign.
All payments will be dealt with by the shop. There is also the option to transmit the transaction-ID from a credit card payment to SAP Business ByDesign.
Customer invoices are created directly within SAP Business ByDesign. Depending on your preferences, they can be sent along with the delivery or via e-mail.
Communication with SAP Business ByDesign is asynchronous, meaning that if SAP Business ByDesign is offline (e.g. during sheduled downtimes for system maintenance) all orders will be transferred to SAP Business ByDesign as soon as the system is online again.
