If you regularly use a view or a task in SAP Business ByDesign, you want to be able to navigate to it as quickly as possible.
Especially for application users with many work centers, but also for their frequently recurring tasks, there is a very convenient abbreviation in SAP Business ByDesign: the quick access points, which you can easily access at any time, regardless of the currently called up view.
Simply click on the small arrow with a green plus sign next to the view or task that you would like to add to the quick access – in our example the task “New customer order”.
Afterwards you can click on the arrow for shortcuts on the left and you will see a list of your shortcuts. Alternatively, you can also call up to ten shortcuts using the keyboard – if you move the mouse over your new shortcut, the appropriate key combination will be displayed, in our example CTRL + SHIFT + 7.
