In today’s article in our series of tips and tricks, we will introduce you to the new SAP Time Recording app for iOS and Android. This app enables you to record your working and project times in the SAP Business ByDesign system from your smartphone while you are out and about.
Overview: Distribution of times to projects
The start screen shows a weekly or monthly overview of the times already recorded and their status. With a swipe to the left you can see the distribution of the times on individual projects.
Time recording in the SAP Time Recording App
Clicking on “Add” takes you to the time recording window. All functions that you are already familiar with from the SAP Business ByDesign system are available there.
“My time tracking”
With a click on a date in the calendar you will get a list of the recorded positions and the respective status.
The app also offers the option of importing appointments from the smartphone calendar directly into SAP Business ByDesign. You can use push notifications once a week to be informed about the scope of the recorded times and much more. Just convince yourself! You can find the app in your respective app store under the name “SAP Time Recording”.
