In our last tip, we showed you how to get to your most important business documents without a long search. Today we will show you how you can use the help function most effectively to find out how you can create an opportunity, for example.
Click on “Help” on the right side of the screen next to the work centers to open the help function. Often only one keyword is searched for. Too much information quickly appears in the help resources, which makes the results confusing.

In our example we search with the keyword “Opportunities”.
For a step-by-step guide to opportunities, search for “Opportunities Quick Guide”. Now the field “Opportunities Quick Guide” appears in the help resources. Click on the link. A window with the desired quick guide opens.
